Try this tip that works for our dogs…Feed your dog their meal the night before and then either feed them a very light meal or no morning meal before traveling that day. Bring high protein real chicken jerky, for dogs, and dog biscuits to give to your dog as a snack until you get to your long destination, or if it is a short day trip, you can feed them when you get back home. Remember to always check with you veterinarian if your dog has any special requirements.
